Job Title: Technical Proxy Interviewer
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Proxy Interviewer to participate in client interviews on behalf of candidates and assist in presenting technical expertise professionally and confidently. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and extensive experience in software engineering interviews.
Responsibilities:
Attend technical interviews and represent candidates professionally. Answer technical questions related to software development, system design, and project experience. Prepare for interviews by reviewing candidate backgrounds and project details. Communicate clearly with clients, recruiters, and candidates. Provide interview feedback and improvement recommendations. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
Strong software engineering background. Excellent verbal communication and interview skills. Experience with technical interviews and system design discussions. Familiarity with modern technologies such as AI, cloud platforms, web development, and databases. Ability to quickly understand and discuss project requirements.
Preferred:
Previous experience conducting or participating in technical hiring interviews. Experience working with US-based clients and remote teams. Knowledge of multiple technology stacks and architectures.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
