Proxy Interviewer / Technical Interview Support Specialist (Remote)
Locations: Turkey / Brazil Employment Type: Remote, Part-Time / Flexible Compensation: Base Salary + Performance-Based Income Share
1. About the Role
We are looking for skilled and reliable "Proxy Interviewers" to support our candidate interview process for open positions.
The role requires strong communication skills, professional behavior, and the ability to participate in structured technical and professional discussions. You will help ensure candidates are properly evaluated, communicate effectively with hiring teams, and support the overall recruitment workflow.
Candidates with strong technical backgrounds may also have opportunities to contribute to software development projects.
2. Responsibilities
- Participate in scheduled technical and professional interview sessions - Communicate with hiring teams and candidates throughout the interview process - Understand job requirements and evaluate candidate qualifications - Ask relevant questions based on provided interview guidelines - Provide structured feedback and interview notes - Assist with candidate preparation and interview coordination - Maintain professionalism and confidentiality during all hiring activities
3. Technical Track Responsibilities (For Candidates With Development Skills)
- Participate in technical discussions and engineering assessments - Understand software architecture, development workflows, and technical requirements - Support development tasks when assigned - Collaborate with engineering teams on real projects - Provide technical communication support between candidates and project teams
4. Requirements
4.1 Required:
- Excellent English communication skills - Strong interpersonal and presentation skills - Comfortable participating in online interviews and technical discussions - Professional attitude and reliability - Ability to follow interview processes and evaluation criteria
4.2 Technical Candidates Preferred:
- Experience in software development, engineering, or IT - Knowledge of programming concepts and software development lifecycle - Experience with technologies such as:
* JavaScript / TypeScript * Python * Java * React / Node.js * Cloud platforms * AI/ML technologies
5. Compensation
5.1 Interview Support Track:
- Base salary: "$100/month" - Additional performance-based income share:
* "20% income share" from successful opportunities where you provide interview support and ongoing coordination
5.2 Technical Development Track:
For candidates who can additionally contribute as developers:
- Base salary: "$150/month" - Additional income share:
* "30% income share" including technical development contribution and project participation
