In this role, you will conduct interviews with candidates for various technical and non-technical positions, explain our company roles and workflow, and introduce candidates to our support structure, services, and compensation model.

Responsibilities:

Conduct online interviews with candidates Explain job roles, onboarding process, and company workflow clearly Present our support system, services, and compensation structure professionally Evaluate candidates’ communication skills and professionalism Coordinate with management regarding candidate feedback and hiring decisions Maintain smooth and positive communication with applicants

Requirements:

Strong English communication and interpersonal skills Confident speaking during interviews and meetings Professional attitude and organized workflow Experience in recruiting, HR, customer communication, or talent acquisition is a plus Ability to understand and explain technical or business roles clearly Comfortable working with international candidates and remote teams
