Role overview
NextBeginz is hiring an AI Engineer to develop AI-powered tools, automation systems, and internal platforms that improve company operations, recruiting systems, automation workflows, and client solutions. The AI Engineer will work on building scalable AI systems including automation pipelines, AI agents, data processing systems, and AI-powered business tools.
Responsibilities:
Develop AI automation tools and internal platforms Build AI agents and workflow automation systems Develop document processing and AI extraction systems Implement AI APIs and integrations Work with databases and data pipelines Develop dashboards and internal tools Optimize system performance and scalability Collaborate with operations and recruiting teams to build AI tools
Preferred Skills:
Python (FastAPI, automation, AI integrations) JavaScript / Next.js PostgreSQL OpenAI API / LLM integration Automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) Web scraping and OCR RAG systems and vector databases
Compensation:
Monthly salary or project-based Performance-based bonuses available
