About the Role We’re looking for a Technical Screening Lead who can evaluate engineering candidates with precision, fairness, and efficiency. You will design and run high-signal interviews across AI/ML, backend, full-stack, and systems roles — helping us identify world-class talent without unnecessary complexity or fluff.
