About the Role We’re expanding across Central & Eastern Europe and looking for a Startup Matchmaker who understands how founder communities, early customers, and local talent ecosystems operate. You will serve as the connector between startups, engineers, operators, and early-stage adopters — helping teams find the right talent, collaborators, or pilot partners for AI-powered projects.
