About the Role We’re expanding across Central & Eastern Europe and looking for a Startup Matchmaker who understands how founder communities, early customers, and local talent ecosystems operate. You will serve as the connector between startups, engineers, operators, and early-stage adopters — helping teams find the right talent, collaborators, or pilot partners for AI-powered projects. This role blends community building, talent matching, light BD, and deep ecosystem awareness. --- Responsibilities Talent & Founder Matching • Identify high-potential startups, founders, and technical talent • Match teams with engineers, operators, or AI builders based on needs • Run intro calls and ensure follow-up loops stay warm and organized Ecosystem Development • Map early-stage founder communities across Warsaw, Prague, and Budapest • Spot emerging AI usage, startup clusters, and ecosystem opportunities • Build relationships with accelerators, coworking hubs, and operator groups Community Activation • Host small meetups, founder circles, or office-hours-style sessions • Keep regional networks active, engaged, and connected • Contribute to building the EU playbook for new hub expansion --- Ideal Candidate You're a fit if you: • Understand local startup and founder ecosystems • Are naturally network-driven and energized by connecting people • Have strong communication and follow-through • Can identify high-signal operators, founders, or early customers • Are comfortable working across multiple cities and communities Nice to have • Familiarity with AI/LLM tools and emerging tech • Experience in BD, community, recruiting, or ecosystem roles • Connections within local engineering, operator, or startup networks --- What Success Looks Like Within your first 90 days, you will have: • Built a warm pipeline of startups and standout talent • Initiated intros resulting in successful matches • Hosted early community activations in at least one hub • Delivered insights on each region’s most promising AI opportunities --- Perks & Benefits • Work with founders and operators across Europe • High-visibility role in shaping new AI-driven hubs • Flexible, remote-friendly structure • Direct mentorship from global ecosystem and AI operators --- Interview Process We keep our interview process simple and respectful of your time — no complex or multi-round setups. • Step 1: Short Intro Chat (15–20 minutes) A casual conversation to get to know you, your background, and what you’re looking for. • Step 2: Quick Review We review your experience and fit internally — no take-home assignments or long technical tests. • Step 3: Decision If it’s a match, we move forward quickly with an offer.
