About the Role We are building a worldwide network of top operators, engineers, founders, and technical talent — and we’re looking for someone who can shape this ecosystem across LATAM, Eastern Europe, and Southeast Asia. You will scout high-signal individuals, activate local communities, and build a referral-driven talent engine that supports AI projects, early-stage founders, and technical teams around the world.
