About the Role We are looking for a Global Operations Specialist who thrives in fast-moving environments and can build systems that scale. You will work across teams — engineering, product, founders, and community — to ensure operations are clear, predictable, and smooth. This role blends systems thinking, workflow design, cross-team coordination, and operational execution.
