About the Role We’re looking for a Founder Success Partner who can operate alongside early-stage founders as a strategic advisor, execution partner, and workflow navigator. You will help founders clarify priorities, structure their execution plans, and make smarter decisions around AI adoption, automation, and product development. This role blends founder coaching, tactical operations, AI systems understanding, and high-trust communication.
