About the Role We’re looking for a Developer Relations Producer who can turn complex AI and engineering workflows into clear, engaging, and visually compelling content. You’ll collaborate directly with engineers, founders, and product teams to produce demos, deep-dives, live sessions, tutorials, and launch materials that showcase how our AI systems work under the hood. This role blends technical understanding, storytelling, video production, and developer-focused communication. --- Responsibilities Developer Content & Demo Creation • Produce hands-on demos showing real AI workflows (LLMs, RAG, agents, inference, automation) • Create educational videos, technical walkthroughs, and breakdowns • Explain how features work through clear diagrams, examples, and narratives • Turn engineering updates into polished developer-friendly content Live Developer Engagement • Host webinars, workshops, live demos, and Q&A sessions • Support community learning through office hours or developer streams • Present new features, concepts, and use cases with clarity and confidence Collaboration & Launch Support • Work closely with engineers on feature launches • Produce documentation, release content, and technical blogs • Help shape developer-facing storytelling, tone, and clarity --- Ideal Candidate You're a fit if you: • Love technical storytelling and turning complexity into clarity • Are confident presenting on camera or leading live sessions • Have experience with AI tools, devtools, engineering workflows, or backend concepts • Can understand technical systems well enough to explain them simply • Enjoy engaging developers and educating technical audiences Nice to have • Experience with video editing, OBS, or tutorial production • Familiarity with LLMs, embeddings, RAG, Python, JavaScript, or APIs • Comfort with diagramming tools (Mermaid, Excalidraw, Figma) • Prior DevRel, technical content, or engineering background --- What Success Looks Like Within your first 90 days, you will have: • Produced multiple high-quality demos or breakdowns • Successfully hosted developer sessions or workshops • Developed a repeatable production workflow for technical content • Established a clear, engaging voice for our engineering communication • Supported multiple feature launches with demos and tutorials --- Perks & Benefits • Work directly with world-class engineers and AI builders • Creative, flexible, remote-friendly role • Freedom to experiment with storytelling formats • Executive mentorship and growth into senior DevRel positions --- Interview Process We keep our interview process simple and respectful of your time — no complex or multi-round setups. • Step 1: Short Intro Chat (15–20 minutes) A casual conversation to get to know you, your background, and what you’re looking for. • Step 2: Quick Review We review your experience and fit internally — no take-home assignments or long technical tests. • Step 3: Decision If it’s a match, we move forward quickly with an offer.
